You will be required to enter your IUC Number/Smartcard Number and then click or press the “FIX NOW” button. This will help to clear all the errors associated with your decoder or account and the suspension error is most likely to be among the errors that will be eliminated.
Ensure that your Smartcard is inserted and your decoder is switched on when fixing errors.
Call the Dstv Customer Care Number according to the country where you’re located
After trying the above methods and still failing to re-activate your Dstv account, kindly contact the Dstv Customer Care number based on your country, try to briefly and precisely explain your account problem to them, and they will perform a remote reset from the server end.
